So as Ingrid mentioned bears are everywhere. Our last day out we noticed this bear about...hmm, I'd say a Km away. Although, it's hard to tell on the ice with nothing to reference. This bear worried us a little because it had an extremely bad limp (Hence the name) in its front left paw. He didn't look like he was doing to well. We notified conservation when we got back to CNSC and today they're out catching a bear near our site.....I wonder if it's Limpy?. We can imagine that they caught him and are currently feeding him giant steaks and pampering his paw.
As you can also see, why this bear would be hard to distinguish apart from the rest of the ice.
